Charles Amos is a materials scientist and engineer with extensive experience related to lithium-ion batteries and advanced transmission electron microscopy. He is currently a senior research and development engineer at Freyr Battery in Norway, contributing to the creation of a domestic Li-ion battery manufacturing industry in Europe. Before he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at INL where he applied advanced transmission electron microscopy techniques with an emphasis on lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells.
